I’m looking forward to retirement but I’m not ready yet. Although I stay involved with family, my church, community, and non-profit endeavors moving into full-time retirement did not seem like the best option. I love to help build successful businesses and I have an enthusiasm for work, with so many opportunities available I’m not ready to stop working just yet. To keep my skills sharp, stay healthy, and have time to pursue other interests. I started serving as a fractional executive exploring engagement with teams in the pursuit of business success. I now have a small list of clients and looking to add a few more. For one client I’m a part-time CEO while for another I manage their digital marketing efforts. I’m providing hands-on results and executive management for marketing, product development, and strategic planning activities.
